Acer 5750 Recovery

im trying to restore my acer 5750 but i dont have my password (haven't use the loptop in about a year ) but i was going to make it my travel NB, im trying to use Alt+F10 but it gives me Windows Error Recovery not the eRecovery screen , anyone knows what to do ?
