I just bought an Acer A100 tablet from eBay, I activated the pattern password and my son locked up the screen because he put the pattern in wrong too many time. I have tried everything . I held down the volume button to do a factory reset and I tried to login in with my Google account and it said the username and password was not correct and I know that is not true. I even deleted my old Google account and reopen another one and still nothing. This tablet is not even a week old, i would like to avoid Acer service center. I am willing to try anything. I was useing 4.0 system software(ice cream) at the time of lock up.

Sadly, this is the same case as a lost password. Since we can't be sure you're the rightful owner of the A100, it would be wrong on our part to help you out.
The best and only option you have from us here is to go to the Acer Service Center and prove that you are the rightful owner and get it done right.

what do I need to send to prove to you I am the owner, I still have the receipt from paypal where I paid for it so if you can help me, I can email it too you. I know you dont know me but I have no reaseon to lie. There a few honest people in the world and I am one of them. If you know of someone else that can help I can inbox you my personal e-mail address and send any info you might need.
