Acer A315-4393 Useless? Help

Heloo friends
I buy Acer A315-22-4394 and having problems playng youtube on 1080p, even screen resolution is 1366x768.
Youtube stucks rotate circle and continue playng with about 15fps.
While I was installing any verison of driver I get notice that device is not supported ( dont have screenshot now - service reformated my drive ).
I posted thread on official AMD forum, below you can see

Is this laptop useless for playng 1080p ? Please help, I dont know what to do anymore, it driving me crazy...

how much ram?

on 720p is litle bit better but quality worse ofc and this is not acceptible for todays standard.., Everything is provided on link I posted...
4 GB ram
SSD - NVMe 128 GB Kingston, W10 just installed nothing else...

On installation of every driver version i get:

Then I get AMD Radeon Settings Lite in start menu.

Screen shots was made before system reinstall to be sure that this is not up to system, but errors continue even on frresh installation of w10, absolutely same problem.
