Acer AL1716 turning off and on for no reason.

Yesterday i bough PC and played some games, but after i shut down the PC and then turn it of for like every 2-10 seconds monitor restarts... but yesterday it was all fine even when i was moving monitor to sides.. I saw on some forums that i need to lower brightness and i did that but no help at all, can't get it to work. If you need any info just ask.

Sounds like the capacitors in the power supply in the monitor are probably failing.
