i have atnother problem , its started form today , my mouse scroll auto go down and stacked in down.

Solution
Yekta, since the cpu, gpu and ram are static devices (non moving components), they are more robust than dynamic or moving components. These are your HDD and fans. Since your boots are fine, there is little to no chance that it is your HDD.

This leaves fans, laptop's body/enclosure as the main reasons for your problem. Also, there could be an issue of some pcb having stress damage. First make sure your CPU heatsink has not come off loose. If you have to reseat it, clean off the old thermal compound and then apply fresh thermal paste and re-install the fan. If it is passively cooled (which means it has no fan but just aluminum vented block for cooling) the procedure remains the same. Do this only if you establish it is loose.

reseat...
You may be overloading the CPU. Is this a custom build? If it is, or isn't, I'd put a dust filter near the CPU fan, to keep dust OUT of it. For sake of cleaning, I'd put them in the laptop's intakes.

Also, the CPU temps are a bit high in my opinion. I'd definitely clean everything, and put as many dust filters as possible. I'll be back to google the issue with the beeping.

cpu and gpu temps are fine for a notebook pc. have you dropped it or something on the keypad? since you are having a problem with the mouse scroll as well, it seems the problem is with the laptops key/mouse hardware. rapid beeps and normal boots are not possible if there are issues with ram, HDD, cpu or gpu (I have not looked up the specs on your system but assuming it may not have a discrete gpu). that conjunction anyway does not matter much.

point is, this could be a low level hardware malfunction or maybe chassis intrusion warning. stuff you can look for are
stuck keys
loose heatsink

actually i dropped my laptop from my table couple day before start beeping , but dropping noting so bad , it's just 2 foot.
my specs is:
cpu :AMD E-350 1.6 GHz
ram: 3GB DDR3
HDD: 500GB
Graphic:AMD Radeon HD 6310 256mb

it's low level hardware ,and 3 years old.

so do you think my ram, HDD, cpu or gpu doesn't problem?
i opened it's 3 time and checked everything.

reseat your rams.

next check for any connectors that may have come loose. re plug them if that is the case

You should also ensure there are no gaps in the laptops body as it may trigger chassis intrusion warning and alarm.

check if any of these suggestions help. let us know if the problem persists or gets solved

good luck
