acer aspire 5517 restart loop

so i bought a used laptop, everything checked out fine, i wanted to reset it...well got to 20% and my toddler turned it off! i turned it back on and it only loads to the acer logo screen the restarts over and over. i downloaded windows 10 onto my usb, tried to install it and it said operation windows wasnt found. what can i do to fix it? thanks in advance! btw i did everything i found online and youtube and nothing worked.

This unit is fairly old so I would maybe order a new hard drive for it. 30 bucks on ebay. Find all the drivers you need for that model, install them and you have a great laptop for checking emails. Here is a video on how to take it apart https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9PcjtYHip4
