Acer Aspire 5520 and Asus RT-N66U

I am able to connect the other laptops and gaming consoles that we have at the house. My brother's laptop is an Acer Aspire 5520. Whenever I tried connecting to the router. It would sometimes accept my wpa key at the same time it would give me a valid IP Address. But for some reason it says on the connection status "Unidentified Network" What I did was I enabled guest zone. I was able to connect thru a guest account without using any WPA key. How do I usually solve this problem?

I am having the same issue -- all other devices in my house connect to the Asus RT-N66U EXCEPT my Acer Aspire 5520. How did you solve it?
