Acer Aspire 5734Z will not boot up and showes \

My Acer Aspire 5734Z always goes to a screen that says "Setup is starting services". it then says it will reboot and goes into this same loop. i cannot get out of this Loop. I do not have an Acer recovery disk but have tried a windows 7 home premium Repauir disk which has not made any difference. Can anyone help me break out of this loop? what can i do ?

Will the system boot info Safe Mode? Press F8 right after the BIOS screen flashes by and see if you can at least get that far.
