Acer Aspire 5742 beep

Hi everyone. My sister has an Acer Aspire 5742 laptop, (i5-480M, 2GB RAM). yesterday it started to make a beeping noise during startup. it last about 2 min, even reaching 10 min before continuing to start up. I tried resetting the RAM but the beep is still there. I am asking for help as to what may be the problem.

The laptop's bios is not on the list. the bios is Insyde..
No other problem beside the beeping noise and long startup.
