Acer aspire 5920 wont access wifi or ethernet

Hi, i being having this problo since a week ago, my laptop (acer aspire 5920) wont accesse to the interent nither via wifi or ethernet cable, is connected to my wifi but it says unidentifed network.

i've run ipconfig/all and i dont have a default geteway. please help

Dude did u installed network drivers ??? Make sure to check
