acer Aspire 6935G continious restrating when the charger is on condition

At what point does it restart exactly? Try staring in Safe Mode (hit F8 right after the BIOS screen a few times), did that work? Anything happen before this started? People like to leave out information like "I dropped the computer and left it ouside in the rain for 3 days" causing a bunch of wasted troubleshooting.
