Acer Aspire, 7250=-bz600 recovery

I have used the use the 3 recovery disks to restore to factory settings. The last step is asking to insert recovery disk 3 into the optical drive. Where is the optical drive?

The optical drive is your cd-rom drive.

When I put recovery disk 3 in the drive, and press ok. It reads the disk then shoots it back out with the same message. Is there some way around this?

How exactly did you try and restore your computer? Did not use the recovery partition at startup or did you use the 3 disks you have.

I used the recovery disks that I made. I turned the laptop on and press ALT 10, and then choose restore OP system to Factory Defaults (all data on C: Drive will be deleted).

If you computer read disk 1 and 2 then either disk 3 is scratched or unreadable, or does not contain the files necessary to complete the installation. Try to clean the cd and try again.
