Whats the problem with this laptop.

Does it go in to hibernation all the time

I have had a 7530g laptop being repaired by acer - its brand new and only 3 months old.

It has been with acer twice now for repair and its hibernating ( over heating it looks llike ) whilst in use. Its absolutely useless.
