Acer Aspire 7551g SSD Issue

Well i first thought it was a dud, but after installing it in another rig and succesfully installing and booting from it. Its an issue with acer. The bios is up to date

In BIOS is AHCI or IDE? Try one or the other.

It is in achi mode, in ide compatibility mode the pc cant see the drive and neither can the os.
