Acer Aspire az3620 all in one upgrade?

Is it possible to upgrade my all-in-one acer aspire 362 Or can I only upgrade the RAM?

you will have to figure out if that all in one computer has the hardware of a laptop or desktop type of computer. if it is more like a laptop then the only major thing you may be able to do is to upgrade the ram because the majority of laptops GPU and CPU are not removable

I'm pretty sure my cpu is a desktop processor because on the box it says pentium g620, so will I be able to upgrade anything else?

Most of the time you can upgrade RAM, so you should be fine on that. You should check the manufacture's website if you can upgrade anything else.
