Question Acer aspire E15 e5-575g

Hi so i recently found that my graphics card is not working i got to the device manager and the card was hidden.
When i opened the properties of the display adapter for the card it said error code 45 tried many options to nake her work but no success.
Then uninstalled the device from the manager and now its not shown anywhere, still cant update drivers ir do anything.
The card is Nvidia geforce 940mx i really need a big help with this problem..

Are you on the latest BIOS update for your laptop? Did you try installing the latest drivers listed by Nvidia by their support site for your particular GPU? Which version of Windows are you on(if you're working with Windows 10)?

Tried every driver now is reading the card but i got error code 31, installed many drivers from nvidia and nothing.
My BIOS is not latest when i checked it was 1.02
