Acer Aspire E15 no Legacy BOOT!

So I am unable to install a version of windows 7 from a USB drive as the Laptop will not allow me to change the boot mode to Legacy, the boot mode option is completely grey'd out, I need it for work so I am pretty f'd! Any help?

If its just win78 that you need for work, it can be installed in UEFI mode by setting the boot drive to whatever it will be after the install.
Upon restarting, hit the F-key that allows you to select the Boot Device (often its F12)
Now select the USB Win7 drive that is preceeded by "UEFI"

The rest of the win7 install is the same.
