Hi,
I am currently using an Acer Aspire E15 E5-575G-57PK laptop with a 1TB HDD. I want to upgrade it to an SSD, but since there is a warranty seal on the back cover, I cannot open it and check for the specs I need. So I need some help with it. The laptop comes with an M.2 connector for an SSD with an mSATA interface but I could not find the max length, max capacity that is supported. And since the vendor I bought this laptop from does not carry SSDs larger than 128GB and what I need is a 500GB one I have to buy one myself. Could this laptop be upgraded to a 500GB SSD?
The SSD I am going to buy is a Samsung 850 Evo SATA III M.2 type (MZ-N5E250BW) one, so I need to know whether this will be compatible. If someone here has tried this please let me know whether it is possible.
Thanks in advance!
