Blue screen comes up. I cant gonpast this screen .it wont reset either

Can you get into BIOS at the very least? Can you see what the primary boot device is? You might also want to mention the Blue Screen Error you're facing.

Your laptop should have a pinhole underneath

Use a paperclip/or a pin to press and hole down the button for 15-30 seconds. This will temporarily disconnect the battery from your laptop.
