Acer Aspire Laptop Video Issue

I have an acer aspire VN7-591G. Every time I turn it on or restart when it starts to load windows the screen goes black and horizontal purple bars flash on the screen. Once I think windows is loaded all the way I just close the laptop lid and open it and it works fine afterwards. I've reinstalled windows 10 on it and it still does it. I'm at a loss for what it could be now. I can go into the bios fine it's just right when it starts to load windows. Any help or idea would be much appreciated!
