Acer Aspire One AOD250-1151 Ram?

Do you think dropping the 1gb stick and putting in a 2gb stick will improve the performance? Which ddr2 533 2gb stick is the best for fitting in this netbook : Acer Aspire One AOD250-1151 Black Intel Atom N270(1.60GHz) 10.1" WSVGA 1GB Memory 160GB HDD Netbook?

I believe that 1GB is the max that the netbook can support, so adding a 2GB stick is pointless and a waste of money (it won't be able to "see" all 2GB).

I put a 2gb stick in my sister's Aspire 531 and it helped greatly but as buwish said some of the Acer netbooks will only use a 1gb stick and they usually have another 512mb internal ram.I would say go to Crucial and run their ram scan.From that you can get a good idea what sodimm you want.
