Acer Aspire one cloudbook won't turn on

Please guys help me I just got it this Christmas and I have not been using it for a month
The screen is black but the power button is on. I have tried long pressing, waiting, pressing for short ammpunts of time but nothing works guys please help me

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Do a hard reset, remove the battery (if not built in) and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then see if it will boot up normally.
- Next is to test the AC adapter and see if it's supplying enough voltage to power the laptop or better yet try another AC adapter that has the same voltage.
- If there are lights on the laptop indicating it's on connect an external monitor again and see if you'll get a display.
- Also do try and reseat the RAM, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure that they are all seated properly into each slot.
- If all these will not work the problem lies in the motherboard of your laptop.

if its sot working i got the same problem with mine its the battery with the motherboard not working together it broke mine and i sent itin they gave it to me and said it wasbroke so ibrought it to waalmart and got a newone and its been awsome ever scence

press FN + F10 + ENTER all at the same time this happend to us we got same acer cloud and it got stuck in a boot loop then would not boot so try it ,it worked for us ! one thing it wont come up straight away just wait !
