Hi Toms,
My friend's laptop: (LXRL70C0092160410A7200)
https://www.acer.com/datasheets/2011/4876/7739Z/LX.RL70C.009.html
We need 2x4gb in dual channel.
What i found in Crucial:
http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/Acer/aspire-7739z
(i have doubts here)
His current memory:
Kingston 4gb 2Rx8 PC3 - 10600S -9 -10 - F20 (KN4GB07001125736091601)
ACR512X64D3S13C9G
If we buy this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/4GB-RAM-Chip-RAM-Kingston-ACR512X64D3S13C9G-SODIMM-DDR3-PC3-10600S-CL9/182971400983?epid=814672783&hash=item2a99f20317:g:QN8AAOSwjmFajjSH
How possible is it that we lose dual channel?
My proposition is always buying a new 2x4gb kit but i am having a hard time ensuring they will fit. Still i don;t understand why laptop manufacturers don't embed ram compatibility in their manuals. Any help is appreciated.
