acer aspire v3-571g lag spikes

hello i have a laptop acer aspire v3-571g and i get big lag spikes in games i cleaned the dust and installed new drivers but no change my temp when gaming 80 whn not gaming 50-60

INTEL I5 2450M 2.5 GHZ TUBRO BOOST TO 3.1GHZ
nvidia gt 630m 2gb ddr3
8gb ram
500 gb hdd

Well its hard to explain i have acer aspire 5750g something like that with same gpu and for 4 months i played skyrim on medium or high dunno with no lag or low fps only when there was lot of fire i had some lag but now dude i have f*cking 20-30 fps on low with lag i thinks its cause the pc can't handle those games or i dunno it maybe cause of the thermal paste tho try to change it then tell us how it does
