I have an Acer Aspire xc600 with core i3 3220. It's a small form factor PC but I would like to be able to play Deus Ex Mankind Divided on it. The chipset is Intel H61. What should/could I do?

Based on the specs, there's at least 1 x16 slot in there, but you'll need to carefully measure the space to see if a new GPU will fit or not. Make sure you measure all 3 dimensions (length, height, & width), not just the length of the card.

That being said...

Based on this post, you're going to have a lot of trouble finding a replacement PSU -- never even heard of a TFX form factor, & apparently there are very few types that go beyond 300-350W. PCPartPicker technically shows a 420W model...

Based on this post, you're going to have a lot of trouble finding a replacement PSU -- never even heard of a TFX form factor, & apparently there are very few types that go beyond 300-350W. PCPartPicker technically shows a 420W model (http://pcpartpicker.com/products/power-supply/#t=11&sort=a9&page=1), but it's not even 80+ Bronze rated, & I don't recognize the brand name. Your best bets are maybe those Seasonic 300W Bronze/350W Gold models.

In either case, however, it's going to radically limit your GPU selection. Pretty much you can forget any kind of card that requires PCIe power connectors, so your best option for a dedicated GPU would be the new GTX 1050 (most don't need PCIe power connectors, & it only needs a 300W PSU).

Unfortunately, I'm having trouble tracking down more information on the motherboard, specifically as to what CPUs are supported. However, it looks like some of the other XC600s came with core i5 chips (the i5-3330 was specifically mentioned in Acer's forums), so you might be able to replace your i3 with a better i5 (or even an i7). Something like an i5-3550 to i5-3570, or even an i7-3770, would be a really nice CPU upgrade.

Here is the manual for the motherboard. (https://www.manualslib.com/manual/445233/Acer-Aspire-Xc600.html?page=90#manual)
