Acer BIOS compatibility with nVidia GTX 750Ti.

I have Acer Aspire M3970 desktop and new GTX 750Ti(2014) but last BIOS update was in 2012. Will it work with old BIOS?!

Yes, the bios of the motherboard does not need to have a specific device compatibility, the PCIe GPU if designed to work with a PC (non-mac versions), has a baseline spec which enables it to work with basic functionality. All of the hardware features and compatibility become exposed once you load the correct driver package in Windows. It will work just fine.
