The problem you are having is your system will not start up, and you are getting an error message that says what, exactly ?

Off hand I would say you need to get some recovery disks from acer.com for your computer model. You probably cannot boot into safe mode either, correct ?

You want to look for your model owner manual, and recovery options available for it.

Then there is always restore to factory settings (but you lose your personal files and anything you installed.) - Very last resort !
