oh goodie, I wonder what could possibly cause such a huge drop in sales... could it be the poor quality of their products when compared side-by-side next to a certain other taiwanese manufacture with a name starting with 'A'?

that aside, they've made some bold moves recently with their windows tablets etc, but they need to re-organize, innovate, and shed their image as a 'cheap brand' in order to succeed

Remember the last year advertisement from Acer using Kiefer Sutherland and Megan Fox ?
One from 24 and one from Transformer, the irony is Acer using Kiefer after 24 in hiatus for more than a year, the same with Megan Fox who already no longer with Transformer . What a waste of Ads money

Acer has a major PR problem in that people believe their products are cheap, Chinese junk. Regardless of whether it's true, I'm not sure what they can do to change that.
