Acer computer disk

We bought an Acer computer about 3 years ago and then we have had problems with it it has never been cleaned so we put it back to factory settings several different times but now that we put it to factory settings again now it won't work how to get it to work have no information with it.It was used when we bought it. What can I do to fix it?

Do you have the windows key? Look for sticker on side or back. Also find the exact model number so people can know what's inside.
