Acer Computer Keeps Restarting

Hi, my friends computer is amd cpu and gpu everytime he starts his computer it restarts. The computer never makes it to the loading screen just complete black and restarts itself. The computer is acer.

Do you have the SKU to your Acer prebuilt system? On another note, since when did the issue crop up? How old is the unit?
