[SOLVED] Acer desktop continuous beep. Fans not spinning

I turned on my pc after taking ram out then putting it back in. Now pc doesn’t turn on all it does is beep. The cpu fan isn’t spinning too

Probably a seating issue. Pull the RAM out again and reinstall it. Make sure to use firm pressure. Don't force them in of course, but firm pressure.
