Acer e1-572G keeps hanging after few mins of startup!!! help!

The laptop is new there isn't any shit inside
When login and after starting windows 8 WHATEVER u have done (open a folder, start the internet, anything) will hang the computer. It just doesn't work past a few minutes of use. I don't get it what could be wrong?! I tried to restart hold power and f12 with removed battery but also still hangs. I'm so upset and Acer wasn't v helpful at all but i dont believe in paying to fix it when it's new omg

If it new contact acer, or return it asap.

It's new as in i bought it for abt a year without any problems but really don't have any new files or anything inside - i only used it to print documents cause we have another home pc. Just don't understand why it suddenly does this. I tried contacting Acer to tell them but they were really unhelpful here =(
