Acer emachine e627 window 7 problem

I bought a emachine in 2010, and I've been unable to get many of my reports printed because I do not have a product key so I have to write everything out in long hand, off the machine. what can I do about this?

CLICK on operating system in the left tab and it will show you your key!

ARE you talking about the operating system key, or an office key?If it's and office key you will have to buy one from microsoft!
