Acer ES14 no media centre?

i can put CDs in my Acer ES14 but nothing happens. media centre doesn't come on can't find it on laptop. can you please help?

Media Center was dropped back with Win8. In Win8 it was a paid extra you could buy but Win10 dropped it completely sadly. Use Media Player.

For Video; Try using VLC.
