Acer has blue screen and nothing esle

Hello, acer has blue screen with a dash in left corner, we has rebooted with the 4 disk, still nothing, I want to clean the hard drive off and start over. I know there is a way to do it,. can you tell me how

can you get into the bios? If it is not posting you have a serious problem. I would try to put you os disk in the drive then hit f10 and select the drive to boot first then do the reinstall.
