Hello all
I was hoping someone might be able to help me out with a few questions about the Acer Helios 300 "2020" edition.
Apparently, it is identical to pre-2020 editions apart from:
Also, the Acer Helios 300 comes with a choice of two graphic cards:
Geforce RTX 2060 8GB (dedicated): 54.61
GeForce RTX 2070 (not sure): 48:15
GeForce RTX 2060 (if it is a mobile): 44.59
So, it looks like the GeForce RTX 2060 8GB (dedicated) is the more powerful card.
The problem is, if it is dedicated (54.61) and therefore is the more powerful graphics card - why is it £150 less than the RTX 2070 Helios version? I'm lost.
Can anyone explain what's what, exactly?
Thanks all - very much appreciated

Apparently, it is identical to pre-2020 editions apart from:
- The power connector plugs into the rear of the laptop (not the side)
- It has a strip of additional (at least I assume they are additional) vents running along the top of the keyboard.
Also, the Acer Helios 300 comes with a choice of two graphic cards:
- Geforce RTX 2060 6GB (dedicated - does dedicated mean it isn't one of those 'mobile' graphic cards? ((the mobile versions don't seem as powerful))
- Geforce RTX 2070 Max-Q 8GB (doesn't say it's dedicated - but the Helios laptop it is in, has identical specs but it is £150 more expensive)
Geforce RTX 2060 8GB (dedicated): 54.61
