Acer in recovery mode

Hi my laptop acer aspire one zg5 is in recovery mode and gives me 3 options:
1)Restore system to factory default
2)Restore system from CD/DVD
3)Exit

I did the 1st one and when reboot still coming for the recovery management setup then i try the second and its asking me for a backup cd which i dont have cuz i didnt do it and if i exit keeps poping the recovery setup. Can anyone help me Please 🙁 I don't know what else to do i try to reinstall the xp with the flash drive but it wont work. Any ideas, or advices will be much appreciated Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure why you don't have the backup disk that came with your Aspire One, but have you tried installing XP through an optical drive?

Yes, I have try it but it says error and then boot up and again and ask me for the back up cd. I bought it in second hands from a friend and he can't find the backup cd. Any other idea?
