[SOLVED] ACER is dead/wont start ?

Acer aspire e5-576g 561t wont start
-Tried battery reset
-Removed battery and with ac doesnt work
-Indicator lights doesnt work
-Ac adapter shows 20v

Any solutions? What could be the problem? What hardware problem it may be? I wonder if I should buy a new laptop or pay for the fix ?

do you even get battery charging light, when you plugin power cable?

Guess you tried, remove main battery, remove power cable, then press power button for 30secs to discharge and only add power cable and try boot without battery, does it work now?

Look all the usb ports , and check for broken pins , does the slots look okay with flashlight?
