Acer Laptop Cpu Upgrade

Hello I want to upgrade the cpu on my Acer laptop from an i5-5200U 2.2ghz to something a bit higher in order to run Nba 2k16 is it possible?

Model: Acer Aspire V15.......V3-572G-5435
Nvidia Geforce 840m with 2gb ded. Vram
8gp ddr3 l Memory
1000 Gb Hddd

The Core i5-5200U is soldered onto the motherboard and, in most cases, it is not an economically sound idea to replace a soldered CPU (requires specialty tools, not a DIY thing at all)

So what is another alternative? Would overclocking be good?

You cannot overclock a mobile CPU.

The exception would be mobile quad core i7 CPUs with the "MX" designation. But those CPUs alone cost at least $1,000 when purchased in bulk.
