If you go to your power settings make sure the balanced profile is checked. next click next to balanced on change settings and then click on advanced energy settings.
In this window make sure your maximum processor settings are at 100% and your graphics card (PCI express) is set to balanced and not energy saving while on battery. You can go hrough all these settings and check if they are the same as on net power, this should give you the same performance.
nope didn't do anything, i am thinking its in acer software or something because i have had 2 laptops and never had problems with those, and i don't think its an fault because it stops precise at 60 and dont goes any higher (ON BATTERY)
Change "passive cooling" to "active" in the Windows power plan.
It may be BIOS, as an attempt to save battery, who knows.
