Acer Laptop fan speed always at HIGH speed ! Why ?

Hey, my laptop recently started acting WEIRDLY. The fan now always spins at 100% even if I not gaming or using heavy programs and GPU temperature is always between 48°C and 55°C !
The GPU temp used to be between 40°C and 42°C when games aren't being played.
ALL I JUST SUSPECT TO CAUSE IT is that I recently removed the DVD Player since it wasn't working anymore and then put it back (still not working btw).
So my questions:
- Can this be due to the fact that I simply removed and put the DVD Player back ?
- Is a parameter wrong in the computer ?

Notes:
- Temperature of the era vary from 20°C to 40°C (down 20°C at night and up to 40°C in day)
- The computer also spend almost 72 hours of non stop working (syncing Android repo for building from source).

System details:
- Acer Aspire E1-570G
- Intel Core i3-3217U @ 1,8GHz
- 8GB RAM DDR3 Dual Channel (4x2)
- nVidia GeForce GT 740M-64Bit & Intel HD Graphics 4000
- 500GB HDD

Maybe your CPU is too hot. Open it up and blow the dust out with compressed air and see if that improves it.

Thanks, but I can't open it myself. Lack of skills and needed tools.
