ACER laptop help

my computer takes forever to load and then when it does it will not allow me to open anything or it will load with a blank screen. please help.

That sounds like you will need to reinstall your Operating System or re image it. You can perform a system restore. For an Acer laptop this is what you would do:
Alt+F10 at the first Acer Screen when you boot your computer OR when the computer is on, go through:
start > Acer Empowering Technology Folder > Acer Recovery Manager
This will prompt you to create a password, and afterwords click restore at the bottom and choose Restore to Factory Default and confirm.

This Process will make your Acer laptop back into exactly how it was when you got it (software-wise). Here are some more ways to clean your computer in the future:
-CCleaner (Cleanup Program)
-Uninstalling unnecessary programs
-Defragment your HDD
