Acer laptop won't boot, startup repair won't work

I have an Acer aspire 5560g that I have had for a year. Recently, it started crashing once a day and I would restart and everything would be good. But earlier today I was installing Fallout: New Vegas and it crashed. Now whenever I try to boot it, it loops. Is there any way to fix it? And I don't have a repair disc, I moved so there is no hope of finding it

Does it reach the OS and then reboot?
Can you still enter the BIOS setup screen?
