Recently my charger for my Acer E5-575G-50GD broke. I tried charging it with a bunch of other chargers, but none of them worked, even though the volt for the chargers were correct and they fit.
The laptop is 19V 4.74a
Because of that I bought a Trust Primo 90W charger, and it was 18-20V,4.73a and it fit. But, my laptop still won't charge. I've pressed the reset button and reset the battery but that won't fix it either. Any ideas of what it could be?
EDIT: i used the wrong tip for the computer.
