These models are already out... I saw one today at Future Shop here in Canada. It actually uses a Core 2 Solo processor SU2700 processor.

cabose, you are wrong. read the specs sheet for the one you posted, and the specs given by toms. not even close

at 4.2lbs is the 14" version.. which matches the one at futureshop but with a slower cpu im sure.. the acer site says it has 13.3", 14 and 15.6" sizes.. so it's kinda like this model is out.. only cpu is slower
