Question Acer M3420 GPU Upgrade

I have returned the incompatible GPU I bought. This machine has an AMD A75 mobo with the latest (original) BIOS version. I am looking for a 4GB GPU (AMD preferred) that will be compatible with this board. I don't need a super-overclocked gaming card. This will be for still-image editing (Photoshop, etc).

Have you tried looking into the RX 570 GPU, 4GB variant ? What's your budget for this upgrade. You can also opt for these cards, RX 550/RX 560. Does your Acer PC come with this CPU, the AMD A10 5700 ??

Yes, that is the CPU. Will look at the RX 570, but that will probably need a new PSP.

I now am trying a Radeon X470 8GB. Won't boot at all. PSP is upgraded to 575 watt, PCIe power is connected to card. Won't even get to the splash screen. It's as if there is no video at all. Card is correctly seated. Should I just let it run for a long time? When I turn power on, the fans run, but the light on the tower goes off, and there is never anything on the monitor. Fans continue running until I hold down the power button for about eight seconds.
