Acer M5100 recommendation to upgrade my PSU and graphic card

Hello, I have a Acer M5100 running on windows 7 and i want to upgrade my PSU and graphic card.

My budget is 120-130$.

Since it's a relatively old PC and motherboard, i want to make sure everything is compatible. All i want is to be able to play new games like sims4, tropico 5 and other non-hardcore games from this generation.

Is there some hardware that you could recommend that would fit in my computosaurus?

If you can go about forty bucks more you could upgrade to the R7 250 card that's much better.
