Acer Monitor on/off

So i've got a problem with my monitor that keeps turning off after 2-3 seconds when i press the power button on it. Yesterday i wanted to change things up and swap it with my OLD big white monitor that took the whole desk how big it was. I set everything up and it seemed amazing playing on new setup with lots of space for mouse. But today when i woke up it kept turning on and off by him self after i press the power button once. What could be the problem? I even set the brightness down from 80 to 20 yesterday and now its back to 80. But i just can't seem to make it work. I would appreciate a fast answer because i need to use my computer atm. I am typing this from another PC.
NOTE: The monitor does this on every pc. so what could it be?

Its sort of restarting its self. When i turn it on it displays Acer Logo.. then it shows desktop and after 2-3 seconds it restarts completly, showing Acer logo again and desktop for 2 seconds. It keeps doing that for an hour now but yesterday it remained on for whole day. Now i managed in that few seconds to turn down brightness to lowest and it still does it. But after showing desktop for few times it just stop even doing that.

Definitely sounds like it's faulty. Is it new? If it is you should return it.

Its not new, its kinda old actually. But how did it even manage to be on yesterday? Btw how much will it cost to be repaired?
I don't have money for new one atm.

To me what sounds like the problem is that it keeps on shorting out. Maybe you did something yesterday that could have caused it to short?

I don't know how much it will cost to repair as I don't know what the problem is.

Didn't do anything... even lowered brightness, i don't really know what to do! It really sucks that i can't do anything now. Maybe it could be battery or something?
