Is the Acer E1900HQb 18.5" LED Monitor good for gaming? And please give me as much of the detail if you can, rambles are fine

Depends, its not a 144hz monitor so for fps games such as cs it will be your bottleneck (depending on your rank) but for casual gaming its okay.
