Acer monitor suddenly flickering

I woke up this morning and booted up my PC to find my Acer IPS monitor I bought about 2 years ago rapidly flickering. It's not turning on and off rapidly, but it's almost like switching between two different levels of brightness rapidly.

I tried the monitor on my PS4 and it exhibits the same problem, so I've narrowed the problem down to the display. Is there any common fix to this? Kind of didn't want to waste 100 bucks on a new monitor right now.

Oh and this may just be me, but it looks as if the flickering is a lot stronger on the top right corner of the monitor than anywhere else

Try changing the resolution/hz.

I have the same issue on an Acer B276HK. It suddenly started flickering in the top of the screen and the right side is way darker than the rest of the screen.
I've tried DP and DVI input form two different computers. I've tried lower resolution, lower brightness and disabling of in-monitor image enhancements. All without luck. Any suggestions on what to do?
